Extruded Pulls
Extruded aluminum handles are created using the process of extrusion, in which solid molten aluminum is forced through a die under extreme pressure, in order to create the desired profile. The extruded material forms a long, thin shape with a reverse profile of the original die. To form a handle, the extrided profile is cut to length and bent to shape, and then allowed to cool and harden.
