Plastic Hinges
At Sierra Pacific Engineering and Products, we manufacture a variety of access hardware for various uses, including plastic hinges. Types of Plastic Hinges
SPEP produces a variety of plastic hinges, including strap hinges, friction hinges, butt hinges, enclosure hinges, and take apart or lift-off hinges. Our heavy duty plastic hinges are manufactured in black or white plastic with stainless steel, zinc-plated steel, or brass hardware.
At SPEP, we offer plastic butt hinges that with plastic screw caps or bushings, some of which are pre-drilled with countersunk holes so fasteners can stand flush with the hardware. SPEP also produces plastic electronic enclosure hinges with stainless steel or brass studs. These are made with holes or hole inserts that create matched sets.
SPEP plastic strap hinges are excellent for marine use, including storage hatches and engine covers. These high-quality plastic hinges are rust and corrosion resistant, even when exposed to saltwater and UV radiation.
