Trigger latches are simple by design and function. When the trigger of the lever latch is pushed, the pawl that engages the door frame or keeper drops down, allowing the door to be opened. At the same time, the lever moves upward, where it can be grasped as a handle to pull open the door.

Our trigger lever latches come in a two basic sizes: short arm, for grips between .04 inches to 0.95 inches, and long arm, for grips from 0.91 inches to 1.81 inches.

They can be bought with mounting kits for either metal or wood applications. We make them in three finishes—matte black, polished chrome or textured chrome, to blend with your product’s design.

Each of our trigger latches can be purchased with or without an integrated lock. The locks can be made so that all of the triggers have the same key or one of 10 different key codes.
